Andrew Carroll on Jan. 10th, 2009 performs civil disobedience by holding some marijuana in his hand on Railroad Square in Keene NH. Andrew, who has never smoked marijuana, successfully demonstrated that although he didn't hurt anybody, the state will arrest and prosecute him regardless.
