mr brown claims his new law idea is for safety reasons - if so then he should be standing up for legalization so that it can be controlled - he is a contradiction and much like many a southern politician who admires the KKK and tries to gather thier votes -the re criminalization efforts he wants are racist and irrational -just what the country needs during these trying times - more government stupidity - brown is not green
ReplyDeleteI've read Mr. Brown's answers and they are not what I hoped for. He's saying it's not re-criminalization which is false. Says it's about public safety yet we already have OUI laws on the books that deal with intoxication. His new law is only a tack on top of that and a way to get people who are just carrying it into trouble, hence we know it really is re-criminalization. He doesn't like that term but supports his bill that is exactly that!
ReplyDeletePeople who do not drive under the influence will for sure get arrested for transporting a small amount of it. That is re-criminalization, no matter how he tries to spin. He just doesn't seem to get that people are smarter than him on cannabis. And we aren't falling for spin.
If he doesn't want the re-criminalizing label, there's one thing he can do. Drop the bill. Kill, table, send it to study, Senator Brown. Anything else is not good enough.
