Hordes of weed-puffing jam band flunkies have descended on the Hub for a trio of raucous rock shows this weekend, putting the state’s new relaxed pot laws to the test and ticket-toting cops on high alert.
Boston police vowed to be aggressive in handing out $100 civil fines to potheads swarming Fenway Park this weekend for a pair of shows by the Dave Matthews Band and one by Vermont noodlers Phish.
