David Bunn Et Al Vs. Holland Police Chief Kevin Gleason

US District Court Lawsuit

More on the allegations against Chief Kevin Gleason.

A photo and story on David "CJ" Bunn runs in High Times. CJ Bunn at the time was serving on the board of directors for MassCann/NORML. Shortly after Holland Police joined by the Eastern Hampden Drug Force, decided it was time to set CJ Bunn up? Apparently so.

The facts filed by the Bunn family in US District Court lawsuit. CJ's picture appeared in HIGH TIMES magazine. The police got a search warrant with the HIGH TIMES and other press articles presented as well as a paid confidential informant that reported buying drugs from CJ Bunn.

Did the confidential informant ever buy marijuana from CJ Bunn?

Mr. Cann, a better question might be, "Was there ever a confidential informant"?

In the warrant it states that the confidential informant reported buying marijuana from CJ Bunn in the previous 48 hours which was dated March 25th. But this can't be true because CJ was in the hospital and ended up having surgery between March 20th-25th. And then there's another buy when CJ and his wife say they were a hundred plus miles away at a concert in Maine for a weekend with many witnesses to attest to the same.

CJ Bunn and family state that the confidential informant never entered their home and that the C.I. is a complete fabrication.

Was their ever a confidential informant? The officers should be forced to produce one. Where's the Attorney General on this?

The Raid, Dismissal, More Police/Govt. Harassment

The raid took place when CJ was in the hospital with his wife visiting him. Their children were subjected to a police raid with officers threatening to shoot their dog.

The police then arrested CJ Bunn's children.

All charges were later dismissed.

CJ the target of the investigation has not been charged.

Baseless complaints filed with the Department of Public Health and DSS against the Bunn family. More police harassment.

And this is just one of the cases in this small town related to the same cast of local players.
