I dare you to say this to 265,738+ people who have been arrested in NYC since the 21st century began... come on, man. Get your head out of your ass.
I know, thanks to my readers for setting the record straight on that. I know people who have been arrested in NYC and people that have lived there. They think Boston is laisez fair and even more now about compared to NYC were they hook up musicians outside clubs at 4am and throw them in the tombs for the weekend. NYC PD arrests many people for pot. I posted a video here of one comedien that had that very thing happen to him..
