High Times held the 4th WMFF at the Marina Del Rey Hotel near Venice Beach, CA. Three films were screened: The Union, Cash Crop, and High Society: A Pot Boiler. Attendees were welcomed by a lavish spread of food, drinks and other edible treats. Unfortunately, the hotel banned smoking on the premises after they found out we were with High Times magazine.
