Congressman Kirk, I have a back condition and use cannabis often, challenge me to any athletic competition, you name it. For charity.

I'm not expecting the Congressman to keep up with the more recent sports champions like Toby Grear, Michael Phelps and Rob Van Dam that use pot. The problem with this ridiculous quote is that it's not exactly a new thing that some athletes do use pot and have great results. How many of us have known successful people or athletes who use pot? I know many personally and some rather famous ones. The list is long. A few from the past, that I recall quickly. Marc Spitz, Bill Lee, Arnold Schwarzenegger.
