Interview with Cottleville, Missouri Mayor, Don Yarber. Yarber publicly supports medical marijuana based on his real life experiences. In this interview he explains that his wife used medical marijuana thirteen years ago for cancer. He also discusses that he was reminded of this issue with the legal issues of medical user, Rod Wells who is facing prison and possible death due to getting busted for growing his own medicine. Yarber closes the interview saying he intends to lobby at the Missouri State House. "I'm not finished with this."
On July 9th, the Cottleville Board of Aldermen unanimously approved Yarber's resolution urging the Missouri State Legislature to pass our Medical Cannabis Compassion Bill, formerly HB277. Mayor Yarber, a staunch advocate, pledged that this is only the beginning.
