“Radical” Russ Belville is an Idaho native and currently calls Potland, Oregon (typo intentional) his home. He began his activism in 2005 with Oregon NORML, the largest NORML chapter in the country, and is now the outreach coordinator for National NORML.

“Radical” Russ covers all the news in the cannabis community on NORML’s blogs and as the voice of NORML on the Daily Audio Stash podcast, winner of the 2008 MassCann Podcast of the Year, and as host of the new NORML SHOW LIVE weekly internet talk radio show.
