Instrumental in the founding of Mass Cann, Steve is probably the only person on the planet who has attended all prior rallies. Twice named "High Times" Freedom Fighter of the Month. In 2005 he was the recipient of NORML's Outstanding Citizen Activism Award for the advance of marijuana law reform, social justice and equity under the law. In 2007, he received a Lifetime Achievement Award by Mass Cann. Without his perseverance and generosity it is doubtful Question 2 or this 20th Annual Freedom Rally would have happened.
