According to the government's new SAMSHA report: "Seven States that were ranked in the top fifth for marijuana incidence in the 12 or older age group also ranked in the top fifth for past month marijuana use (Alaska, Colorado, District of Columbia, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont)"
Californians with legal access to medical marijuana are less likely to use cannabis than those in Massachusetts.
And what about Amsterdam? Americans are twice as likely to use cannabis than those who reside in Amsterdam.
So much for prohibition controlling drug use. The results are from 2007 prior to Massachusetts voting to change the law allowing marijuana decrim.
