Rep. Katie True Can't Figure Out Why Other Reps Support Medical Marijuana

Link to youtube
Medical marijuana expert Rep. Katie True says go with the synthetic Marinol which is 100% THC over the leaf which is no more than 20% THC. The only way people use medical marijuana is to smoke it! We don't talk about vaporizers, teas, hemp oils, cooking with cannabis. Why would a Democrat bring up a bill for marijuana as medicine? (It doesn't help anybody)...

OK, sarcasm cap off. I love how this local yokel rep in PA doesn't understand why anybody wants to bring up a bill for marijuana as medicine. Why? Because it works, Representative True! And with much less short and long term damage to us than your FDA approved, Vicodin, Oxycodone, Naprosin, Acetaminophen.....

Rep. True doesn't understand it, yet she won't let her constituents freely respond to her comments. Moderating responses on youtube? Any rep, especially a local one in PA, that does this? Jokes on you, Rep. True. You should not be on youtube. People on youtube have to actually make points backed up by facts.

You know what to do, leave comments and let them moderate!

Both here and on her youtube page. We have the power, when we respond to this.

An example a few months back of this working for us, when we posted a video from US Congressman Dan Burton. Burton's office removed his similarly lazy on the facts, pro-drug war youtube video after receiving dozens of our sensible responses.

Let her hear from us like Congressman Burton did.

"There are reasonable people in leadership who will make sure this bill doesn't come to a vote." smiling, Rep. Katie True.

Forget the sick and those in pain like myself that need it.

Forget the 76% of voters in Pennsylvania who support it.

Forget allowing logic, experts, science, and compassion to be heard.

"Reasonable" folks like Katie True want us on Marinol and Tylenol. A shortened, dazed filled life of hardcore, heavy, expensive pills; because she knows best. With a smile about it all. Thanks for killing, I mean protecting us, Rep. True.

  1. Makes me glad I am Canadian. At least here we have access to MMJ at the federal level.our system is faulty but we are work on it with regular challenges to the legality of some of their more nonsensical parts. Hey Rep Lady- The Herb works; what part of that don't you understand?

  2. So she is against giving us cancer patients privacy in our homes?!?!

This wack-job doesn't know that multiple sources like Harvard has determined it cures cancer?!?

She thinks she owns my body?

  4. Master weedom, keep in mind not all Republicans are like this. In MA, unfortunately we have many Democrats who are just like this rep. I love how she makes crazy statements not backed up by facts and then won't let the people respond to them. Still haven't approved my comment on her video. Ridiculous! And stupid. If your beliefs are so out of step with the public that you have to resort to censorship, maybe you shouldn't be on youtube? Unless you are a complete fool.

Rep. True is the most extreme voice in PA on this topic ...actually one fo the most factless speakers on marijuana since Harry Anslinger. The PA locals are not happy with her stance....check out http://www.medicalmovement.com/

Happily most PA Assemblypeople I have encountered are interested in the compassionate side of medical marijuana....and the potential tax revenue from HB 1393.

Check out www.pa4mmj.org or www.phillynorml.org for all the latest on PA!

MANY THANKS TO MIKECANN.NET FOR POSTING THIS ONE!!!

  7. I took the photo Chris posted above showing Chuck Homan (with sign) and Dave Marrash (in chair) during an event in York.  Chuck is the Founder of The Medical Movement and Chief Advocate for HB 1393, the Compassionate Use Act.  He's at www.MedicalMovement.com

Please support Chuck and his people.  In case Katie True doesn't yet understand, the issue is compassion for the suffering.  She is such a ditz.  Let her know at the polls.  Thanks for all you do.
