Marcy Duda at the MassCann/NORML Boston Freedom Rally Pre-party talks about asking the Massachusetts Governor about medical marijuana at an open forum and corresponding with the Governor's aide. The Governor's aide asked Marcy about medical marijuana for her friend with MS. Marcy sent Ted Kennedy's medical marijuana letter (that she first saw here on MikeCann.net) to the aide who forwarded it to the Governor.
