From WBZ 1030
"The Massachusetts House is taking up a Senate-approved bill that would penalize people, who refuse to get flu vaccinations if a health emergency is declared because of a swine flu outbreak. State Sen. Richard Moore, D-Uxbridge, the bill's sponsor, said the proposal is designed to protect public safety and would impose strong measures only if the governor declared a statewide health emergency."
MA Senator Richard Moore wants to protect the public? Then why is he advocating forcing them to take a vaccine that may not be safe?
This is one of the guys that wants to lock me up for medical marijuana. Pretty funny guy, this Senator is.
I received a call from Franc Capone and the MA LPA yesterday. They will be lobbying against this bill at the state house all day on Wendesday. I hope to be there to record some video and lobby my reps to vote "no".
