I'm sure it had nothing to do with Dave's jokes about Madonna's sex life. Clearly she wasn't bothered by it! I liked the old David Letterman who would actually rip Madonna and not the 2009 version that kisses up to her. 20+ years into her career, Madonna still full of it. Dave what happened? Great taking out the trash in 1994 and now? Boring.
