Courtney Love? Crazy or A Widow That Won't Back Down?

Courtney Love Cobain has made some wild accusations over the last few years on her twitter, myspace and now facebook page.

Among the biggest is she claims that a group of people have defrauded her for $100's of millions of dollars in an organized crime scheme that most just can't even begin to comprehend.

You ask how can that happen? And why would I listen to Courtney Love?

Well let me start off by saying, this is a scam that I've been aware of for many years. Organized crime, banker lawyers stealing money from rich people, widows, or folks who are having issues with the law or drugs. This scam has been around for a long time, many generations of Hollyweird.

As with any other crime, the sharks always go after the weakest prey with the most assets to steal. You know any celebs with big money publishing catalogues and legal issues? Shug Knight of Death Row Records, Michael Jackson? What happened to them and their assets?

It's always easy to paint that their money is gone because they are crazy and blew it all on drugs.

You need to ask yourself, if it happened to you, what would you do?

If you knew that the people who stole the money are more powerful than God and willing to kill you over it?

Courtney Love Cobain with her past and big estate certainly fits that mold of an easy mark.

But Courtney turns out to be not that easy? She's a fighter. Right or wrong this lady is not backing down. No lawsuits against her statements because they know most consider her a nut bag? Perhaps that might change because it appears, I might be one of the first to seriously look and research her allegations like this?

Michael Jackson was murdered, if you care, you already have to suspect that it was about the money, the rights to his music.

Courtney Love Cobain makes the case that this man, a former FBI agent is a big part of the scam.


How would a scam like this work? Easy. They forge your signature, run up all sorts of debts/loans/liens against your property which they then direct the proceeds of back to their gang and then they get their guy appointed by the bankruptcy court to execute the bankruptcy, close the debts out. They get paid on both ends of it. A fraud that pays twice as much...

'Fifth Beatle' Estate War Heats Up

A really on-the-ball bankruptcy judge in Los Angeles has finally put the heat on the trustee handling the finances of late rock star Billy Preston.

Calling the court-appointed trustee for the estate "overzealous" and "misguided," Judge Theodor C. Albert has given R. Todd Neilson until Aug. 12 to return any property he took from Preston's partner and manager, Joyce Moore, including redirected mail, hundreds of thousands of dollars and luxury automobiles.

Love Cobain claims that they deposit the money with their bank, The Private Bank of California which then distributes the booty to their mafia friends.

Love Cobain writes on facebook:
