So, if I tell the cashier at the pharmacy that I have a headache and need a tylenol, is that a ruse too?
And aren't these Fox News pinheads pulling a ruse because they don't want to come right out and deny people medicine that works? Why can't they just say it? They want to deny medicine to sick people? Who's behind a ruse? That would be Bill and Megyn.
