Proponents of the 2012 initiative to end marijuana prohibition in Colorado submitted an additional 14,000+ signatures to the Secretary of State, all but guaranteeing the measure will appear on the November ballot. Former two-term Republican governor of New Mexico Gary Johnson was on hand to endorse the initiative and express his support for marijuana policy reform.
